This summer, beyond your front door, but not that far from your doorstep, there’s lots for everyone to do all over Hertfordshire. We’ve put together a big list of ‘no cost’ or ‘low cost’ activities in our county, as voted for by Hertfordshire residents, providing a whole world of wonder for children and their parents. Check out our Healthy Little Trips webpage to find your next family day out – how many of our Fifty Thrifty Adventures will you tick off the list?

In addition, there are still have places available on HAPpy Camps across the county!
• Perhaps money is tight and you’re concerned about them getting good food into their bellies?
• Maybe they need some extra support with additional needs and six weeks without meaningful interaction feels like they’ll take a backward step?
• Being physically active for longer will help manage behaviour.
Our range of HAPpy Camps are for children in years Reception to Yr 11, and a perfect way to offer them some exciting activities, superb enrichment and a guaranteed meal.
If you’d like to be put forward for a place at a Happy Camp please contact our reception team.
